Team access and subscriptions

Team requires the applicable account, authorized pairing and an internet connection for synchronization. You are responsible for invitations, driver access and having authority to upload customer, driver and delivery data. Protect account credentials and pairing codes. Progress may be delayed while offline; verify assignments and outcomes before relying on them. Staq Team subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit; the app displays the current price, duration, renewal terms and driver limits before purchase. Pro and Team are distinct offers: a purchase only unlocks the features included in that plan.

The Office is responsible for assignments, driver permissions and pairing, and must check the intended driver and recipients before assigning routes. Revoking a device can interrupt its access to Team routes. A local offline cache can temporarily differ from the server; updates and outcomes may reconcile after connectivity returns, so check current records before acting.

StaqRoute Android · Navigation and delivery

On Android, Staq Team and Staq Office have distinct roles: Office assigns and manages routes and device pairing; the paired driver records outcomes. Google Maps and Waze are external navigation services with their own terms. Arrival geofencing and background notifications are approximate and may be delayed or unavailable depending on permissions, device and manufacturer settings, Google Play services and network connectivity. Declining background location leaves external navigation and manual outcomes available. The driver must verify the actual delivery and confirm its outcome manually; an arrival reminder is not a delivery receipt.

License and Apple terms

Staq Route is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom agreement is shown in the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These Terms supplement that agreement and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Permitted use

Use Staq only for lawful route planning, navigation and work records. You are responsible for addresses, notes, files and other content you enter and for complying with workplace rules, privacy obligations and local law.

Routes, navigation and safety

Optimized orders, road routes, maneuvers, traffic information, distances, arrival times and arrival detection are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Road signs, actual conditions and lawful instructions always take priority. Do not interact with the app while driving unless it is safe and legal.

These limits also apply to Team iOS navigation. GPS, connectivity, map data and actual road conditions affect directions, maneuvers and estimates.

Proof of delivery and user content

You retain responsibility for photos, notes and messages you create. Obtain any required permission before photographing people, premises, property or documents, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. A watermark based on device time and location is not a certified, authenticated or tamper-proof record; compression can alter image detail.

Personal proof photos remain on the device unless you choose to share them. Team delivery records and proof photos submitted to the Office are shared through Team; images actually uploaded are stored separately from their record metadata. Neither a photo nor a delivery record is certified or conclusive proof.

Sharing and external services

You choose the recipient, message and sharing service and are responsible for checking them before sending. Third-party navigation and sharing services are governed by their own terms and may change or be unavailable.

Subscriptions

Staq Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. The app shows the current storefront price and duration before purchase. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and purchase restoration under its rules. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Team is subscribed to in Staq Office for Mac, not purchased through an iPhone Team paywall. The App Store shows the current price, duration and renewal terms. Manage or cancel it through your Apple Account; deleting a Staq Office account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

Availability and changes

Features, free limits, map data and third-party integrations may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance or product development.

Intellectual property

Staq Route, its design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted service, perfect optimization or error-free results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Rights under these Terms may end if you materially breach them, subject to applicable law. Removing the app may delete local data unless you saved a separate backup.

Unpairing or revoking a driver device can end its access to assigned Team routes. Existing Office cloud records may remain under the Office account lifecycle and applicable deletion or retention rules. Uninstalling the app is not Office account deletion.
