Team requires Staq Office for Mac and a subscription purchased and managed in the Mac app. Pair the iPhone using the office’s authorised QR code. Synchronisation needs internet access. Team is separate from Personal Free and Pro.
Staq Route questions and answers
Do I need an account for Personal?
No. You can use Staq Route Personal without creating an account. Personal routes and progress are stored on your device. Pairing with Staq Office belongs to the separate Team mode.
Which files can I import? What about photos?
Import TXT, CSV, Excel XLSX and PDFs with selectable text. PDF import does not perform OCR on image-only pages. To recognise addresses in photos, use the separate photo OCR workflow and always check the results.
What works without an internet connection?
Previously saved data, stop statuses and progress remain available offline. Address lookup and geocoding, road-based route calculation and optimisation, mapping services and traffic estimates require a connection. Team synchronisation resumes when a connection is available.
How do Personal Free and Pro differ?
Free includes Staq navigation and monthly allowances for optimisations and OCR scans. Pro adds photographic delivery records, export, manual backup and advanced tools. Check the app and App Store for limits, prices and terms in your country. Personal Pro does not include Team.
How does Team work with Staq Office?
Team requires Staq Office for Mac and a subscription purchased and managed in the Mac app. Pair the iPhone using the office’s authorised QR code. Synchronisation needs internet access. Team is separate from Personal Free and Pro.
Is photographic proof legally certified?
No. Pro lets you add a photo and available information, such as date, time and GPS coordinates, before sharing it. The photo and watermark are not a certification or a guarantee against tampering.
Is Staq Route available for Android?
The Android version is coming soon. Features and availability will be confirmed at launch; no release date has been announced.
How can I get support?
Email staq.route@gmail.com with the app version, device model and a description of the issue. Do not send customer addresses, photos or other unnecessary personal data.
